Our ongoing personal development program, Think and Grow Rich Lessons,
was originally called, The 30-Day Mental Cleanse.

While the format was the same as it is now, there was an optional component –
an actual 30-Day Cleanse. It can be initiated anytime as a way to slow down
the chatter which holds You back from growing the Power of Your Mind.

Following are the instructions for performing the Cleanse…

 1. Your commitment is to TURN OFF the TV, Radio, News paper, NO Stock Reports, AOL Pop Up’s, Video games, Listening to Negative people, Saying ANYTHING Negative about anyone.

 2. This Life Changing Event Will Cost You NOTHING but Your Time. Do NOT Start this process if You Don’t have the guts to take it to the finish line.

 3. While on Your 30 day Mental Cleanse You need to read “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill. Be sure to E-Mail Your Mentor Your Thoughts from EVERY Chapter each week.

 4. We will be doing a “Master Mind Coaching” call Every Wednesday at 3:00 and 8:00 PM EST. We will share what we learned from each chapter in Think And Grow Rich starting with Chapter One and ending with chapter Fifteen. Because the Mental Cleanse is On-Going You DO NOT have to Start on Chapter ONE, You can Start with the Chapter we send You Every Wednesday.

 5. Say Your Self-Talk at least 100 times a day.

 6. Drink plenty of water daily. You are cleansing Your brain and body as well as Your mind.
